- Beginning Running: Tues & Thurs 6:30 pm ($20) NEW!
- Class fee includes entry into Sept 18th 5K
- Morning Step: Mon & Wed 9-9:50 a.m.
- 3-2-1 Aerobics: Fri 9-9:50 a.m.
- Advanced Step: Mon & Wed 6:15-7:05 p.m.
- Step-Toning: Tues & Thur 6:15-7:05 p.m.
- Cardio-Blast: Tues & Thur 9-9:30 a.m. / Mon & Wed 4:15 - 4:45 p.m.
- 20 Minute Abs: Tues & Thur 8:30 a.m. / Mon & Wed 4:45 p.m.
- Hip Hop Aerobics: Mon & Wed 7:15 p.m.
- Zumba: Mon 5:15 p.m./Tues 9:30 a.m. /Tues 7:15 p.m./ Wed 5:15 p.m. /Thurs 7:15 p.m. / Sun 2:00 p.m.
- Stability Ball: Tues & Thur 5:15-6:05 p.m.

- Women on Weights (Members $50) Tues & Thurs 10:00 a.m.
- Weight lifting for women. Learn how to strength train without bulking up
- Body Sculpting (Members $50) Various times available. Check Online registration for times, or call 359-9622
- Weight lifting in a group exercise setting

- Take your fitness to the next level. We use weights, cycling, step, swimming, and a variety of different activities
