The Power of One

July 1st is the first day of the Power of 1 Movement at the Parkview Huntington Family YMCA. For just $1, every member can re-claim ownership of our facility. We are asking every member to give $1 to the Y…..every month.....Kids too. With over 5700 members, your $1 donation…..in combination with $1 from all our members……can make a difference, from helping a child afford inclusion in a YMCA program to updating one of our state-of-the-art fitness machines to growing Endowment that supports our organization now and in the future.

$1 means little to an individual, but when we work together as one, we are powerful. Please take a moment to join the Power of One Movement. This is a wonderful opportunity to get involved.

Kids Night Out

Saturday nights will be an opportunity for kids of different age groups to have fun at the Y with kids their age. Activities will vary per age group.

Battle of the Businesses
Businesses will compete against other businesses in a variety of fun, recreational activities.  The Battle is a great way for businesses to allow employees to build teamwork through a fun, healthy event.  The program is scheduled for the 2nd and 3rd weekends in September.  Call the YMCA for a packet of information.

Facility Rental
The YMCA is available for rentals and birthday parties.  A 14 day notice is required to secure the facility for rentals, with a $25.00 deposit for hourly rentals, and a $100.00 deposit for all overnight rentals.  In addition, a signed facility rental contract needs to be completed.  YMCA staff will be present the entire length of the facility rental.  The rental fees are as follows:

*Birthday parties include one hour of the gym or pool and one hour in a party room.
**Overnight rentals include 2 hours of pool time.
