Here's the latest idea for a snack.

Colorful Sweet and Sour Salsa

1 can yellow corn; drained
1 can white corn; drained
1 each yellow, green, red and orange pepper; diced or chopped
1 red onion; diced
1 can Rotel cilantro tomatoes; diced
1 16oz bottle Kraft roasted Red Pepper Italian dressing

Mix together and refrigerate.  Serve with tortilla chips.


 

Try this for Breakfast....

Breakfast Burrito
A quick, easy breakfast with a Mexican flare, this burrito is a great source of
protein and is low in fat.
Serves 1
Ingredients
4 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 tortilla shell
1 teaspoon grated cheese
salsa
Preparation
 Scramble four egg whites and one whole egg in non-stick pan.
 Place on awarm tortilla shell, add teaspoon grated cheese and roll up.
 Top with salsa.
Hint
Top this breakfast off with a fruit to make it complete.

Calories 368 (15% from fat) Fat 6g
Carbohydrates 55g Protein 24g
