Fitness Assessment
During your 1-hour fitness assessment, we will determine the following:
- Height and Weight
- Blood Pressure
- Resting Heart Rate
- Target Heart Rate
- Body Fat % (target body fat % goal body weight)
- Circumference measurements
- Aerobic Capacity/Cardio-respiratory fitness
- Muscular Strength & Endurance
- Flexibility
We will then design a personal workout based on your fitness needs
