Y-Athlon
Try to complete a variety of tasks in 8-weeks, including an Ironman triathlon (26 mi run, 112 mi bike, 2 mi swim). Other challenges include
100 miles running
500 miles biking
10 miles swimming
Complete all 3 challenges to be awarded a "Superman"
Or, go for the ultimate "DOOMSDAY" (600 mi bike, 150 mi run, 12 mi swim)
Sign up for events participating in. T-shirts will be awarded for each challenge completed. Members will record their completed mileage on the provided log and turn in to the front desk each Friday.
